About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team at the Nepal office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, content management, performance tracking, and optimization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints.
  • SEO & Website Optimization: Improve website performance, organic rankings, and overall user experience through keyword research and SEO best practices.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Social Media Growth: Manage and grow company presence on social platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support additional digital initiatives as needed to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–2 years preferred) in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
