🔧 Position: Wireless Engineer (Expert)

Number of Vacancies: 1

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver wireless products from the product field and oversee installation, supervision, and commissioning.

• Ensure smooth operation, quality delivery, and effective maintenance.

• Troubleshoot complex service problems and lead the resolution of key technical issues.

• Conduct advanced training on product fields and optimize serviceability measures.

• Take responsibility for capacity and GSM frequency planning, including carrier/interference (C/I) ratio analysis.

• Guide and support junior-level engineers to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Computer Science / Communication) or equivalent.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the telecom sector with familiarity in Huawei equipment and network systems.

• Strong understanding of global telecom industry trends.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.

• Self-motivated and committed to professional excellence.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage.
