Sahara Nepal, a national non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to community development and empowerment, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated Nepalese candidates for the following positions under the HOMES Nepal Project.
1. Youth and Stakeholder Engagement Officer – 1 Position
Duty Station: Itahari
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in youth mobilization and stakeholder management
- Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness for frequent field movement across project districts
- Age not exceeding 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize youth groups and strengthen stakeholder engagement at local and district levels
- Coordinate with project partners, government agencies, and community organizations
- Prepare reports and documentation of project activities
- Support awareness campaigns and advocacy initiatives
2. District Officer – 1 Position
Duty Station: Siraha District
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication, public relations, and financial literacy knowledge
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- More than 90% field travel required
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project implementation at the district level
- Coordinate with local government, stakeholders, and community groups
- Conduct awareness and mobilization activities
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of field activities
