A.M.K. Engineering and Technology Pvt. Ltd. is one of the firms in Nepal engaged in engineering consultation, research, planning and project management in Nepal including complex, multi-system and multidisciplinary mega-projects. It is located at Kathmandu District, Kathmandu Metropolitan city, Ward no. 01, Naxal. The main objective of the company is to carry out all tasks related to Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) through Information Technology and intends to outsource the services through creation of parametric 3D components for use in BIM workflows, development of semi-automated drafting templates and detailed design documentation and knowledge-based modeling support aligned with international engineering standard.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and supervision of highways, municipal roads, and traffic infrastructure projects.

• Oversee development, drainage design, safety improvements, and construction coordination.

• Manage tenders, pricing analysis, and subcontractor accounts.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders for project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering.

• 10- 12 years’ experience in highway road design, municipal roads, drainage, and traffic planning.

• Proficient in traffic design, hydrological reports, and drainage solution.

• Experience in cost control, tenders, pricing, and sub-contractor coordination.

• Exposure to large infrastructure, urban re-development, industrial complexes, and BRT projects.

• Strong leadership and excellent English language.
